The Kofford Family relocates to Colorado after 40 years as Californians. In December of 2007, Grandma Lorraine is diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Sadly, she passed away on Dec. 26th, 2008 after a year long courageous battle. Follow our journey as we keep Lorraine's memory alive, and as we learn to appreciate that each day we are given, is a gift to be enjoyed!

Puppy Mums...

My friend Toni sent these photos...aren't they adorable!?! I wonder how hard this could be to recreate? (Surely floral arranging must be easier than cooking! At least for me! hee hee )

So cute...ah, the talent these ladies have!

If time allows, you may wish to read a post I wrote on comforting a grieving friend over at "Project Create a Home." It will run tomorrow, and provides some simple practical advise when a friend suffers from a loss on how to help.

I have no real flower arranging skills, I manage to cut stems long and short and make some small statement.......but making bears.......ummm, I doubt it...ha ha. They are so cute though.
I don't have much a green thumb, but lately I've been treating myself to an inexpensive bunch each week at the grocery......they make me smile.

Those are adorable! I bet you can recreate those. I, on the other hand, have no flower-arranging skills --I think I better stick to cooking!

Hope you're having a great week!

Oh my goodness- those are fantastic! They are adorable. I could never pull it off though- I am sure I would end up with a one eyed monster or something!

Hi Denise! A customer brought in pictures the other day of something that looks JUST like this. Did your friend make them or find the pictures on the web?
