The Kofford Family relocates to Colorado after 40 years as Californians. In December of 2007, Grandma Lorraine is diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Sadly, she passed away on Dec. 26th, 2008 after a year long courageous battle. Follow our journey as we keep Lorraine's memory alive, and as we learn to appreciate that each day we are given, is a gift to be enjoyed!

Sunny and Warm!

The snow is all melted and it is expected to be in the high 60's today! Yesterday the kids were bundled up in winter coats, and today they are in short sleeves!

Colorado schools have one more week before vacation, so our kiddo's got up bright and early. Ashlyn is bringing in her new talking parrot, "Polly" for sharing, and is thrilled to continue the birthday celebrating at school today. She is excited to have the class sing to her today when she passes out her treats, and woke up ready to, "Hurry and get on the bus Mom! I can't miss my celebration!" She is also presenting the class with a book, as a gift for the library in honor of her birthday. The weekend of celebrations continues!
