The Kofford Family relocates to Colorado after 40 years as Californians. In December of 2007, Grandma Lorraine is diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Sadly, she passed away on Dec. 26th, 2008 after a year long courageous battle. Follow our journey as we keep Lorraine's memory alive, and as we learn to appreciate that each day we are given, is a gift to be enjoyed!

Grandma Lorraine Update

It has been awhile since I last posted on how my mom is doing, and I am happy to report that she is doing well! She is feeling good, and is out and about doing what she enjoys! She will meet with the neurologist and have a follow up MRI this month. She has been ineligible to continue chemotherapy, but was able to complete the most important round in the beginning of her treatment, so we pray that the cancer has remained gone for good. I will keep you updated as she learns more, and until then, thank you again for your well wishes and prayers for my mom's restored health. We so appreciate your friendship and faith!

Denise,
So glad to get the update on your mom. Wonderful news that she is doing so well and able to do what she enjoys. Thanks also for keeping up with my new attempts at blogging. You are a good friend to do that.

LYLAS!
