The Kofford Family relocates to Colorado after 40 years as Californians. In December of 2007, Grandma Lorraine is diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Sadly, she passed away on Dec. 26th, 2008 after a year long courageous battle. Follow our journey as we keep Lorraine's memory alive, and as we learn to appreciate that each day we are given, is a gift to be enjoyed!

May 2nd???

Here it is...May 2nd and 43 degrees, with 40 mph winds! Yesterday it snowed all morning, and certainly doesn't feel like spring. Tennis lessons went on as scheduled today. Five of us brave souls battled tennis balls, wind, and each other in a sprited lesson. Would you play tennis in this weather? You all know I am a big wimp, so it felt good to "tough it out" and play! Here was the view of Long's Peak today, and I feel tough! hee hee
