The Kofford Family relocates to Colorado after 40 years as Californians. In December of 2007, Grandma Lorraine is diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Sadly, she passed away on Dec. 26th, 2008 after a year long courageous battle. Follow our journey as we keep Lorraine's memory alive, and as we learn to appreciate that each day we are given, is a gift to be enjoyed!

Christmas Lights

The trampoline blew away, but the deer did not! Update...I just read in the paper that our winds peaked at 78 mph yesterday in northern Longmont. The kids are still disappointed to see the trampoline tangled on the fence at the neighbor's place. We will need to secure it with cement next time!

Those were some powerful winds--is that what ther call the Chinook winds? Will you be able to retrieve the trampoline? It was windy around here too, but not like in Longmont--I had the lawn chairs, and a tablecloth all over but retrieved everything. Kyle looks very intent on his playing and I bet he did a great job. Can't wait to hear you play, Kyle. See you in 13 days! Love, Mom
