The Kofford Family relocates to Colorado after 40 years as Californians. In December of 2007, Grandma Lorraine is diagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. Sadly, she passed away on Dec. 26th, 2008 after a year long courageous battle. Follow our journey as we keep Lorraine's memory alive, and as we learn to appreciate that each day we are given, is a gift to be enjoyed!

A visit to Daddy's work...

We had a busy day with Webkinz Class, Colorado Bear Factory, guitar lessons, and a late night rock band rehearsal for Kyle. In between all that, we stopped at Tom's work and had lunch with him. It was nice to see his office, and the GREAT views of the Flatiron Mountains he can enjoy while he works. Just thought you'd like to see a glimpse into where Tom is spends his days! :-)

P.S. I bought some fabric, frou frou tassels, upholestry tacks, and ribbon...can't wait to show you my masterpiece window treatments! I'm going to work on them tomorrow. If it all works out, this will be the cheapest, easiest, no sew project I have done yet! Yeah!

Enjoyed your BLOG with all the news. Sounds like you're very busy with Webkins, creating a bear, and getting to visit Daddy at work. Your office looks very impressive, Tom. Kyle, it sounds like you're doing very well with your guitar and rock band concert. I can't wait to hear you play. Denise, good luck with your fabric project. I can't wait to see pictures. Annette and Fred got to go to Mt. Shasta after all since Jeep finished my air conditioner early. Also, Annette and Fred got their new blinds installed yesterday after I left. I'm anxious to see them. They were so gractious to put me up for 3 nights. Love you guys. Mom

Hey Tom, nice printing calculator on your desk. I have the exact same one on my desk. And I see you have another calculator on your desk in case it is too far to reach the printing one. What Dilbert cartoon is that on the window sill?

Tom's desk is very clean and neat. I noticed that right away and am VERY impressed. It was interesting to see that part of your Colorado lives! Way to go Mrs. Blogger!
