Kyle's Guitar Showcase
Tonight Kyle performed at his guitar teacher's "Student Showcase." Kyle plays, "Back in Black" with Jason on the video. Check out his fancy finger work during his solo(at 2:07). Afterwards we went out to dinner and had a nice evening since Ashlyn was feeling better. My mom was feeling good when I spoke to her today, and she enjoyed a trip out to feed the ducks yesterday. She and Gayle "played hooky" from Hospice, but even the Hospice nurse said that if she was up for an outing, then by all means she should go and enjoy it! Loved the video and your mom or dad got some great close ups of you! Keep on playing, I am really impressed.
It was so fun to watch Kyle play. I love it at the end when he pumps his fist in the air. He is getting very good. Glad Ashlyn is feeling better; I hate it when my kids are sick and feel so helpless. I loved your post about mothers. And as always, thanks for keeping us updated on your own mom. I think about her (and you) often.
